NAIADI (POR-FESR 2014-2020)

NAIADI project is funded by Emilia-Romagna’s POR-FESR 2014-2020 program, gathering 3 regional labs for technological development and innovation and 5 private companies focused on environmental monitoring into a mixed public-private partnership. The main target is to realize a new class of autonomous vehicles to study and monitor aquatic environments. Such new robot class shows very low environmental impact, taking advantage of cutting-edge technologies to collect multidisciplinary data (Geophysical, Geochemical and Environmental data) to study and monitor various contexts, as harbours, lakes, rivers, channels and coastal areas.

SiSTEAMiamoli Project

The "SISTEAMIAMOLI!" Project is funded by the Emilia-Romagna Region as part of the call for proposals “Invito a presentare progetti ai sensi dell’art. 25 della L.R. 12/2003 e ss.mm.ii. – I luoghi della conoscenza e della ricerca per nuovi approcci alle discipline STEAM” approved with Regional Council Resolution no. 1517 of 2018/09/17.
The main target is to increase the awareness and the involvement of schools in the use of techonlogies to tackle the current societal challenges, according to Agenda2030, and to satisfy the expectations of the labour market.

City Tree Scaler (Climate KIC Scaler Project, 2017)

Proambiente is partner of the City Tree Scaler (Climate KIC) Project, whose target is the abatement of polluting substances and the improvement of air quality in urban areas. The Project provides for a monitoring campaign concerning the effects of the installation of 6 bio-tech panels (the so called CITY TREES) on air quality improvement and GHG reduction.

Project PSR: Gas Free Hens

The main target of the “Gas Free Hens” Project is the promotion of Best Practices for the decrease of ammonia and greenhouse gases emissions in agricultural production processes (hens farming in particular) by means of the manure quick dryng. The emissions decrease is also related with the mitigation of the environmental impact caused by the odorous compounds, improving the environmental and social sustainability of breeding farms. The Project’s goal is to quantify the decrease of ammonia emissions that could be obtained in some innovative typologies of non-cage systems for laying hens: the aviary system combined with an external drying tunnel and the ground system with a longwise ventilation.

Project MEMS-GC

MEMS-GC Project aims at developing an advanced MEMS-based technology allowing the fabrication of “lab-on-a-chip” systems for gas-chromatographic analysis. A great advantage of such a “general purpose” technological platform lies in its modularity; for this reason, the proposed solution is suitable for a huge number of applicative scenarios.
