CNR BOLOGNA TECHNOPOLE
Physical space and digital infrastructure within the Bologna Research Area, which houses the two laboratories, PROAMBIENTE and MISTER Smart Innovation.
Evolution and Funding
The development of Technopoles has been made possible through a regional co-financing process using the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF):
- Startup phase (2007-2013): infrastructure creation
- Management phase (2014-2020 and 2021-2027): activity consolidation and development
- New funding of €1,500,000 (2024-2026) for infrastructure expansion
Innovation Ecosystem
The Technopoles operate within an integrated regional Innovation Ecosystem that includes: Universities and Research Institutions, High Technology Network laboratories, Competence Centers, technology clusters, accelerators and incubators, and NRRP infrastructures. This ecosystem is coordinated by ART-ER, the regional consortium company.
